Dorcas Amoah

Dorcas Amoah is a nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience in youth development, crisis intervention, and community empowerment. As Director of Youth Development at the Fiver Children’s Foundation, she oversees education, career, and family support programming serving more than 400 youth and 700 alumni across New York City and central New York. Dorcas previously held leadership roles at Queens Community House and brings deep expertise in case management, mental health support, and college and career readiness. Passionate about equity and opportunity, she is committed to expanding pathways for young people to thrive in school, work, and life.
