Senior Leaders Network (SLN)

The Pinkerton Foundation launched the Senior Leaders Network (SLN) as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening senior leadership across organizations it supports. Each cohort brings together accomplished leaders for a dynamic experience designed to foster reflection, connection, and shared growth. The SLN offers a structured yet responsive environment in which leaders exchange ideas, sharpen their leadership practice, and explore innovative approaches to sustaining impact in the youth development field. Through curated learning experiences, facilitated dialogue, and individualized executive coaching, participants expand their networks, draw on the collective wisdom of peers, deepen strategic insight, and strengthen core leadership capabilities. Twelve respected leaders from across the youth development ecosystem comprise each SLN cohort. We invite you to learn more about these leaders and the important work they are advancing.
